* Regarding repairs: If the customer or another company has repaired or restored the product, we may not be able to repair it. If there are any discontinued parts or materials, we may use substitute materials or the product may not be repairable at all.

*Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs when sending the item back to us. We will cover the shipping costs when returning the item.

  3. After confirming the condition of the item , we will contact you by email to inform you of the delivery date and fee. *If you do not receive a response within 2-3 days, please contact us.
  4. Once payment has been confirmed, repairs will begin.
  5. Please wait a while as our experienced repair craftsmen will carefully repair your item until the very end.
  6. Once repairs are complete, we will return the product to you at our expense.
