Q: I'd like to know about sizes.
A. The sizes are roughly as follows. They are not designed to be loose, so if you normally wear a size 23.5cm, a size 37 would be fine.

Q. About returns and exchanges
A. If the product has not been used outdoors, we will accept exchanges and returns at our expense.
*Although you do not have to specify a delivery company, we ask that you refrain from accepting cash on delivery for airmail.

Q. When will I receive a reply to my email inquiry?
A. We will respond to your inquiries within 3 business days (9:00-18:00) excluding weekends and holidays. It may take some time for us to respond, but we will respond in order, so thank you for your patience. If it takes longer than that, it is possible that our email did not arrive, so please contact us again.

Q: When will the product be shipped?
・Normally, items are shipped within 5 to 7 days after purchase. However, depending on the size, it may take a little longer.
・We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make your purchase with plenty of time.
・Pre-order items will be shipped during the period displayed on each product.
・We cannot accept requests for specific dates and times. Thank you for your understanding.

Q. I get an error on the credit card payment screen. What should I do?
A. In order to improve the security of our payment system, there are cases where customers who have not set up 3D Secure may experience an error as the transaction remains in progress.
This may be resolved by contacting your payment company.
