Shipping date
After your order has been confirmed, we will process the shipment and send you an email with the subject "MANA: Shipping of order number XXX has been completed" to inform you of the shipping date.
*The above email with the shipping number will be sent to you in 3-6 days at the earliest . You can check the delivery status on the delivery company's website.
*Delivery may take some time depending on stock availability, shipping status, traffic conditions, etc.
*If you wish to cancel or change your order after placing it, please contact us by email at info-concordia@mana-l.com. After receiving the shipping completion notification email, please contact the delivery company directly with the tracking number and follow the procedure.
About the purchase statement
If the orderer and the recipient are the same, we will include the invoice in the package, but if the orderer and the recipient are different, we will not include the invoice in the package, so please rest assured. In that case, the email we sent to the orderer will be the invoice, so please check it.
About the waybill
"MANA Online Shop" will be printed in the "Sender" field on the shipping label. If the item is shipped to an address other than the address registered in your membership information, the sender's registered information will be printed.
Shipping fee (courier service)
Shipping is free when you place an order. Please pay the shipping fee when sending the product for repair.
Specify delivery date and time
Sorry, we cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates and times. Once you receive the email with the shipping number, please contact the delivery company directly.
If the item is returned due to an extended absence
If you are not at home when the product is delivered, please contact the delivery company listed on the delivery notice directly.
In the unlikely event that you do not collect your parcel after the storage period for absent parcels has expired, the parcel will be returned to our store. Please be aware of this before using our service.
Regarding shipping to and purchasing from overseas
For parcels sent via international shipping (forwarding service), we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the event that a defective or different product is delivered.
If you agree to this and wish to have your item shipped overseas at your own discretion, please use the forwarding service "WorldshoppingBIZ." Membership registration is required for this service.
Please note that we cannot accept any returns or exchanges if the customer uses transfer service to ship overseas.
That being said, if the customer chooses to use transfer service, we recommend “WorldshoppingBIZ”. In order to use its service, “WorldshoppingBIZ” is requir membership registration.
