How to cancel your order

Please contact us using the inquiry form , specifying the [Order ID] listed in the order confirmation email .

We will respond to your inquiries within 3 business days (9:00-18:00) excluding weekends and holidays. It may take some time for us to respond, but we will respond in order, so thank you for your patience.
