Requests when purchasing pre-ordered items

In order to speed up delivery of your products, we have decided not to mix undelivered "pre-order items" and in-stock "regular items" in the same cart.
For example, if you add a "pre-order item" to your cart, you can complete the payment once and then add the "regular item" to your cart, and you will be able to purchase both items.

Additionally, due to our company's circumstances, it is no longer possible to purchase shoes and accessories at the same time.
We kindly appreciate your understanding.

Until now, if you purchased a "pre-order item" and a "regular item" at the same time, we could not deliver the regular item until the pre-order item arrived. However, by purchasing them separately, we will be able to deliver the "regular item" first.
